1 in 4 homes for sale in NH costs at least $1 million

Nearly 1 in 4 homes for sale in New Hampshire last month was priced to sell for at least $1 million.

More than 110 communities across the state had at least one seven-figure single-family home for sale in June, according to figures from the New Hampshire Realtors.
